At First Federal Bank, we’re always working to enhance the experience for our clients and guests, by continually monitoring and increasing the accessibility and usability for everyone. Our accessibility efforts are founded on First Federal ideals of providing financial stability to our communities, which includes a meaningful online experience. While there is no single test of conformance, we have selected the Web World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C’s) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA as our target. Design and ongoing enhancements are made with this level in mind. Those who need further assistance may visit a local branch, speak with us on the phone, or send a message through the website, during business hours.
What are we doing?
To help us make the First Federal Bank website a positive place for everyone, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for the First Federal Bank website. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
How are we doing?
We want everyone who visits the First Federal Bank website to find the experience helpful and rewarding. If you enjoyed using the First Federal Bank website, or if you had trouble with any part of it, please let us know. Feedback on ways to improve accessibility is always welcome.
